Normally, gapow is made with ground chicken, but at Lotus we use a rare type of ground pork called ancient pork.
The ancient pork is juicy yet has a refreshing aftertaste, and is coarsely ground to allow you to enjoy its chewy texture.
Mix well with the soft-boiled egg and basil on top and enjoy.
